Apparently if you want the best chance of meeting your goals, you need to review them from time to time, so here’s a review. Below is a plot of my results till now. I have based my 12km predicted time on my 6km time doubled + one minute.
Quite interesting really. Maybe I’m on track to achieve my goal (45 minutes), or maybe I’m hitting a plateau. Based on my “prediction model”, I would need to be running 6km in 22 minutes. This seems a long way off at the moment, but there’s still 6 months to go. Keep on training I guess!
